Le DALI SPEKTOR 1 apporte les principes de conception sonore DALI à une NOUVELLE fourchette de prix, ouvrant la possibilité à de nombreux NOUVEAUX amateurs de musique et de films de découvrir la séduction de la véritable Hi-Fi. Obtenir autant de performances Hi-Fi avec une enceinte dans cette gamme de prix a non seulement nécessité toute notre expérience et notre savoir-faire, mais également des heures et des heures passées dans la salle d'écoute, à améliorer la conception des haut-parleurs et du filtre pour créer des performances audio parfaites. Les haut-parleurs à faible perte utilisent un mélange de cônes en papier de faible masse avec un renfort en fibre de bois. Les fibres de bois incorporées confèrent à la surface une structure inégale, ce qui minimise considérablement la résonance de la surface. Cela crée la meilleure reproduction possible de chaque détail du signal audio.
La conception conviviale des amplificateurs fait de la série SPEKTOR un choix parfait pour presque tous les amplificateurs de sa catégorie de prix. Le tweeter à dôme offre la meilleure résolution de sa catégorie avec une réponse en fréquence étendue, une large dispersion et une faible coloration. Un héritage évident de notre série haut de gamme. Le tweeter est basé sur un tissu tissé ultra léger, qui pèse moins de la moitié du standard du marché (0,056 mg/mm2).
En utilisant uniquement des pilotes conçus et personnalisés par DALI, le besoin de correction de fréquence dans le filtre est éliminé. Cela nous permet de concevoir un filtre précis qui, associé à des composants de qualité soigneusement sélectionnés, garantit que la perte de signal est proche de zéro.
Simply put the sound that comes out of these really small speakers in my smallish room is nothing short of superb. Now to be fair I have them teamed up with Martin Logan (or the other way around( Dynamo 700) with the settings at the right places but the actually output as low as it can go - so I get a beautiful balanced sound - the blending of frequencies between the tweeter (sweet) and the woofer is superb.
IF you have a smaller room setup try these - you will not regret it.

Noting that I really like the Dali-sound (and have other pairs of Dali speakers), I bought these for my office system. They do require a little bit of run-in time to really get them to where they will be, but after that initial run-in time (Dali suggests about 100 hours), you will find yourself listening with pleasure (and a little bit of amazement). Highly recommended!
The main reason I had decided on the Spektor 1 speakers was to match to a vintage Dual 1019 turntable with a Goldring E3 cartridge that runs through an Audiolab 6000A Play amp with onboard DAC. Even though the speakers haven' t yet run through the break in cycle, I'm finding the sound to be quite close to what I was hoping for. Not an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination, I qualify these little babies as top notch in the sound they produce.
A lot of my listening is currently done via streaming of SiriusXM radio. Not fatiguing at all as I can listen for hours on end without any problem.
As well, vinyl sounds great and my old Sony CD player sounds better through the Spektors. I haven't even reverted back to my antique Dyanco A25Xs since hooking up the Spektor 1s........a very, very content and happy listener.
Like a teenage version of the Spektor 2s, in size and sound. Using them as the two rear speakers in a surround system, for my small space they're probably still a bit large but the receiver balances them and it's better to err on the big side. I'm waiting on some parts to actually use them as surrounds but listening to music they're big enough for an 11x15 ft space but not big enough to listen well from the room next to that.
Shipping from AF is fast but not always accurate. I originally was sent the wrong speaker color, but had only opened the Spektor 2s that came in the same shipment so didn't notice for a few days. The return process was simple and automated but there was no indication the replacement speakers were en route until they showed up. This time I checked right away and they were the right speakers though missing the feet and hook for wall mounting. Which AF is now probably shipping to me. Moral is, check the shipment right away so you don't lose time if there is some snafu.
