It also makes it far easier to flip through your collection, almost like browsing the shelves at your favourite record shop. Lined up properly, your records not only stay safe but also look great as part of your space.
Sleeves Matter
Paper sleeves get the job done, but upgrading to quality anti-static inner sleeves helps reduce dust and keeps surface noise down. A sturdy outer sleeve can also protect your jackets from scuffs and ring wear, which is especially nice for cover art you love.
Shelves, Crates, or Custom Builds
How you organize comes down to style and space. Some use the classic IKEA Kallax, others prefer vintage crates, while custom-built shelves can double as furniture. Even brands like BLOK make modular racks with LP storage that blend function with design. Whatever you choose, be sure records have proper support so they do not lean too heavily.
