DALI Oberon Grand Vokal Centre Channel Speaker
The OBERON GRAND VOKAL is a full-range centre speaker for large rooms. With two upgraded 7-inch SMC-based woofers, an oversized 29 mm ultra-lightweight soft dome tweeter and a large cabinet, the GRAND VOKAL brings surround sound experiences to life with clean, powerful and undistorted dialogue, sounds effects and music.
GRAND-SCALE DIALOGUE AND EFFECTS
A perfect match for OBERON 7 or OBERON 9 floorstanders. The bigger drivers and large cabinet construction deliver clean, powerful and undistorted dialogue, sound effects and music. As with every DALI speaker, the OBERON GRAND VOKAL adheres to our signature sound principles to produce a seamless soundstage and balanced transition between the centre and front channels.
PERFECTLY INTEGRATED SOUND
As with all OBERON speakers, the choice of driver materials and geometry used for the GRAND VOKAL ensures perfectly integrated sound across a wide listening area. Whether you're sitting or standing, in the sweet spot or to the side, our wide dispersion principle ensures every detail of the audio signal is faithfully reproduced.
REPRODUCING MICRO DETAILS
The woofer cones are a blend of fine-grain paper pulp reinforced with wood fibres, which creates a stiff, lightweight structure with low-resonance, low-loss and controlled behaviour in perfect balance. Working in combination with a low-loss surround and suspension, each cone reproduces unfiltered micro details in the signal with amazing accuracy.
OVERSIZED SOFT DOME
The 29 mm soft dome tweeter is built from material that weighs less than half that of most comparable products. As well as minimizing voice-coil motion to eliminate distortion, the OBERON GRAND VOKAL tweeter delivers a faithful reproduction of the finest details effortlessly.
LOW-DISTORTION SMC
DALI OBERON is our first entry-level series to incorporate DALI's patented SMC technology. SMC delivers extremely low distortion and the finest details, even at low volume levels, which is a critical factor when it comes to reproducing the all-important midrange frequencies where movie dialogue resides and where our ears are most susceptible to distortion artefacts.
